Nelson's Wharf is close to the village of Stockton in Warwickshire on the A426 Southam to Rugby road. Access is good from any direction. We are surrounded by Rugby, Leamington Spa, Coventry and Daventry with easy access to the M1, M6 and M45.
Waterway access is just as good. Nelson's Wharf is in a central location on the Grand Union Canal between Stockton Locks and Calcutt Locks. As a starting point it's convenient for a trip toward Birmingham, via historic Warwick and Leamington Spa or in the opposite direction, towards London, passing beautiful villages in the direction of Milton Keynes.
We are also just a few hours boating to the Oxford Canal with wonderful options both north, on a fairly lock free route to the Ashby canal, or south on the ever-winding Oxford through sleepy villages to Banbury and beyond.
